Achieve Program
The Achieve Program is an educational and employment program that serves out-of-school youth.

ACHIEVE Program Achieve

The ACHIEVE (Academic Challenges Helping Individuals Expand Values and Education) Program is administered by the University of South Carolina Upstate. We are an educational and employment program which serves high school dropouts (ages 15* to 21) from Cherokee and Spartanburg.

The ACHIEVE Program works with these out-of-school youth by helping them work towards completing their education, finding employment, and enhancing their self-esteem in order that they might become productive citizens.

Eligibility Requirements
• 15* to 21 years of age
• School Dropout
• Resident of Cherokee or Spartanburg county
• Must meet certain economic guidelines established by the
Department of Labor

* 15 and 16 year olds are accepted under special circumstances
