General Information: Kayla is a senior in her third semester with the PAL. She currently conducts experimental sessions for Continuous Personality Judgment and codes EAR data. After graduation, Kayla plans to attend graduate school with the ultimate goal of becoming a psychology professor.
Halla Banafa

General Information: Halla is a senior in her first semester with the PAL who plans on attending graduate school with an eventual goal of working as clinical psychologist. She is currently majoring in psychology and minoring in child advocacy.
Marcus Greeno

General Information: Marcus is a senior with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies (primary foci in mathematics and psychology). He was born in Hawaii and has lived in many places both within the US and beyond. After graduating, he intends to serve as a military officer in the Army.
Jennifer Nowell

General Information: Jennifer is a senior who plans on attending graduate school to pursue a degree in counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy.

Jessica Hill

Jonathan Marr

General Information: Jonathan graduated (and got married!) in Spring 2012. He currently holds a real job, but he continues to help with Escalated Exposure. Jonathan hopes to resume his pursuit of an academic career in personality and social psychology in the coming year.
Bai Rong

General Information: Bai was our special guest from China. She devised an objective coding scheme for the video data from the EAR project—a general protocol we follow to this day. She returned to China in December to complete her undergraduate education. She hopes to eventually return to the U.S. to pursue her graduate degrees.
Cody Brooks (2009-11)

Project(s): Weird Facts, Group Personality Judgments, Personality in Everyday Life
General Information: Cody helped design and complete the Weird Fact study, for which he received a Student Research Assistantship award in Summer 2009. This work culminated in a poster presentation at the Upstate Research Symposium in 2011. Cody is also second author on the paper documenting this project. He assisted in conducting Group Personality Judgments and beta testing Personality in Everyday Life. He graduated in 2011, receiving the Outstanding Psychology Major award. He currently works as marketing director for Vessel Medical in Simpsonville, SC.
Rachel Owens (2009-10)

General Information: Rachel graduated in Spring 2012 and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in counseling psychology.
Andreas Christou (2009-10)
Position(s): Lab Assistant

General Information: Andreas is a biology/psychology double major from England who served as a data manager for Personality and Leadership and conducted a significant portion of the experimental sessions for Group Personality Judgments. He is currently completing his two degrees.
