Mary Black School of Nursing
The Mary Black School of Nursing at USC Upstate, fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and approved by the South Carolina Board of Nursing, is one of the Southeast’s most highly regarded nursing institutions offering a four-year degree, as well as the largest baccalaureate nursing program and the largest RN-BSN nursing program in South Carolina.
The Mary Black School of Nursing is hosting the
Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) for a scheduled site visit to
reaffirm its continuing accreditation November 7-9, 2011. Interested persons,
including students, alumni, community partners, staff, and faculty are invited
to send confidential comments to CCNE up to four weeks before the scheduled date
of the site visit. Letters will not be shared with the School but will be
considered by the site visitors in their review. Letters should be sent
