Campus Recreation
To help our students relieve stress, stay healthy, and enjoy their free time, USC Upstate offers a full campus recreation program. From our long list of intramurals to our various fitness programs, there is something that fits every schedule, no matter how full it may be.
Campus Recreation facilities are located at the Wellness Center, inside the Health Education Complex on campus.
How Do I Get Involved?
To get involved in any of these programs, you just need to come by the Wellness Center with your student ID. Information concerning campus recreation is posted on various bulletin boards around campus.
Basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, raquetball rackets and other recreational equipment is available for student use in the Wellness Center.
