Housing & Residential Life at USC Upstate
USC Upstate students have two affordable housing options for on-campus living: Palmetto House and Palmetto Villas. The Office of Housing and Residential Life provides tours of the housing complexes upon request, which allow you to meet the residential life staff and tour the public areas and individual rooms when available.
Palmetto House
Palmetto House, a co-educational facility, opened its doors in January 2004 to freshmen students. This brand new $15.5 million, 105,000 square foot traditional-style complex can house up to 346 students.
