Attention Students: MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINE Requirement
Proof of Meningitis Vaccination after 2005 (with Menactra®) is REQUIRED for all incoming students living in University Housing. Please visit our Health Services Web site for more information.
USC Upstate students have three affordable housing options for on-campus living: Magnolia House, Palmetto House and the Villas. The Office of Housing and Residential Life provides tours of the housing complexes upon request, which allow you to meet the residential life staff and tour the public areas and individual rooms when available.
On-campus Living at the University of South Carolina Upstate
Students who choose to live on-campus have several options for housing, including the newly built Magnolia House for freshmen, as well as the Palmetto House and Villas apartments for upperclassmen.

The brand new, co-educational Palmetto and Magnolia Houses offer a number of amenties for both freshman and upperclassmen students, including free laundry, recreation, a computer lab, and in-house tutoring.

Apartment-style Living 
The Villas is an apartment-style housing complex reserved for USC Upstate upperclassmen. Apartments are equipped with a variety of amenities, including kitchen appliances, plus access to shared recreational and laundry facilities on-site.
