Students
USC Upstate sponsors several programs to support the development of student leaders.

Leadership Programs
The Office of Student Life sponsors several programs to support the development of student leaders. These programs help to provide resource information and increase the skills necessary to be an effective student leader, and all students are encouraged to get involved!

Emerging Leaders
This organization is for underclassmen who want to develop some early leadership skills. This one-day retreat takes place in the spring and is open and free to all students. It's fun, interactive and educational.

Leadership Advance
Leaders do not retreat, they advance! Every summer, 50 student leaders from various clubs and organizations go away for three days of intense training. It is a chance for students, faculty and staff to interact and discuss issues and topics relevant to student leadership. Throw in some fun, great food and an exciting competition, and it's a great time! See pictures from this year's event!

Leadership Courses
USC Upstate offers two leadership development classes that are offered once every few semesters.

Ready to Get Involved?
