Ropes Course
The Ropes Course at USC Upstate encourages individual growth and helps groups function more effectively. It exposes weaknesses and strengths and helps you overcome those weaknesses and capitalize on the strengths so that you can work as a team. The course's group initiatives, activities, and interactive games facilitate this process, and we tailor every sequence to your needs.

Our Ropes Course staff designs programs for corporate groups, children’s groups, field trips, office workgroups, and youth programs, in addition to services for the campus community. Please call to discover how our challenges can work for you!

Location
The course is located on campus on the edge of the northern boundary at Valley Falls Road. The administrative office is in the campus recreation building in the center of the University Commons.

How to Schedule Your Group
Complete the Ropes Course Information Request Form or call David Lancaster assistant director of student life, at 864-503-5174 with the following information:

1. Size of group
2. Age of participants
3. Goals for your experience
4. Length of time you prefer
5. Options for the date you want to come
6. Any special needs of members of your group

Once you have provided this information, we can quote a price for using the course and give you a copy of the contract. If you want to come and tour the course and meet some of our facilitators, just give us a call! We would be happy to have you on campus.
