Hours of operation
During the semester:
- Walk-in support: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Phone and email support: Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Outside of these times you can still email the Help Desk and we will respond as soon as possible.
During the summer and other breaks:Walk-in support: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Phone and email support: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Help Desk can be contacted in one of the following ways:

- On the Spartanburg campus, the Help Desk can be found on the ground floor of the John C. Stockwell Administration Building, Suite 109
- On the Greenville Campus, the ITS Help Desk technician can be found in the Administration and Student Support Offices, Suite 626 on Wednesdays and Thursdays only (subject to change, so it's best to call ahead) - (864) 552-4269 (Greenville Campus).
