During the semester:

  • Walk-in support: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Phone and email support: Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Outside of these times you can still email the Help Desk and we will respond as soon as possible.

During the summer and other breaks:

  • Walk-in support: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Phone and email support: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    • On the Spartanburg campus, the Help Desk can be found on the second floor of the John C. Stockwell Administration Building, Suite 207
    • On the Greenville Campus, the ITS Help Desk technician can be found in the Administration and Student Support Offices, Suite 626 Monday through Thursday (subject to change, so it's best to call ahead) - (864) 552-4269 (Greenville Campus).
