Campus Events
To schedule a University event, please appoint one coordinator from your department to manage all aspects of the event. Submit your online request at least one week in advance.
Your request does not guarantee room space. You should expect a confirmation number via e-mail within three working days.** If your first choice room is not available, we will do our best to find a comparable space.
A departmental account number is required for food, ushers, theatre technicians and rental equipment. Immediately notify us with any changes in your event plans, and refer to your confirmation number. Please do not switch rooms without approval from the Office of Special Events & Facilities Scheduling.
