Constitution Day 2014
In honor of Constitution Day, the Department of History, Political Science, Philosophy, and American Studies at USC Upstate will host its third annual Constitution Day. This public lecture is held in commemoration of the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution and features a notable guest speaker.
