USC Upstate currently utilizes Blackboard, a Web-based course management system, for courses taught via the Internet. Candidates should have access to a computer and modem and they must be able to create, send, and receive e-mail with attachments. Additionally, if you enroll in an online course, you must be able to access Blackboard prior to the course start date, as well as have access to your assigned USC Upstate official email account.
