AlcoholEdu for College
AlcoholEdu and Haven?
College is an on-line prevention program that encourages students to
make safe decisions regarding alcohol and how to manage the behaviors of
peers in order to create a healthier campus community.
Haven is an on-line prevention program that teaches
students the issues associated with sexual assault and relationship violence
as well as bystander intervention methods.
How long will
The entire course is divided into 2 parts and
takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete; Part 1 of the course will take 3
hours to complete and Part 2 will take 15 minutes. You will have a 30-45 day
intersession between Part 1 and Part 2 of the course. An email will be sent
after the 30-45 day intersession prompting you to complete Part 2.
When can I get started?
AlcoholEdu and Haven
will be available once your orientation reservation has been confirmed. An
email with the course link and log-in information will be sent to you within
a few days of your confirmation. Existing users can log-in to the program via

What happens if I do not complete the
If you do not complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of
AlcoholEdu for college by February 21st, a hold will be placed on your
student account making you ineligible to add/drop, change or withdraw from
Spring 2014 courses. Completion of the course is dependent upon completing
both Part 1 and Part 2, in addition to scoring a 75% or better on the course
exam at the end of Part 1.
