It includes congressional bills, public laws, roll call votes, the Congressional Record, committee reports and information on the legislative process. Searching is by word or phrase, bill number, stage of legislative process or public law number.

TOXLINE on this service offers rapid access to information in all areas of toxicology, including chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pesticides, environmental pollutants, and mutagens and teratogens. This database provides bibliographic citations and abstracts from journal articles, monographs, technical reports, theses, letters, meeting abstracts, papers and reports. Produced by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, information in the database is drawn from a number of discrete files including Toxicity Bibliography and Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology.

TOXNET is a cluster of databases on toxicology, hazardous chemicals and related areas available from the National Library of Medicine. Two of its most important components are TOXLINE (references to literature on biochemical, pharmacological, physiological and toxicological effects of drugs and other chemicals) and Hazardous Substances Data Bank (a data file that focuses on the toxicology of over 4500 potentially hazardous chemicals).
