PASCAL Delivers Information

PASCAL Delivers requests are made from the USC Upstate online catalog.  These requests are for books NOT owned by USC Upstate, but owned by other South Carolina academic libraries.

When notified by email that a book ordered through PASCAL has arrived at the USC Upstate Library, distance education students must call 864-503-5611 (the USC Upstate Library Circulation Desk) or email to request delivery.

Delivery Methods

  1. For students and faculty taking courses or teaching at the University Center at Greenville, materials are delivered by shuttle each business day to the F.W. Symmes Library at the University Center.

Allow 4 to 6 days for your request to arrive at the University Center Library.

Materials may be picked up and returned at the University Center Library.  When returning library books or videos/DVDs, please give them to the staff and ask that they be returned by shuttle to the USC Upstate Library.

Hours for the University Center Library can be found here.  The phone number for the University Center Library is 864-250-1111 (please ask to speak to the USC Upstate Librarian).
  2. For students living outside Spartanburg County and taking courses by closed-circuit television or on the web, materials are mailed to the student’s home.  The library pays the postage to your home and return postage is paid by the student.

Allow 4 to 6 days for these materials to arrive at your home.
