Spartanburg, S.C. - The University of South Carolina Upstate Upward Bound Program and partners will offer a financial aid workshop Saturday, Feb. 28, for anyone interested in attending college.
The “College Goal Sunday” workshop will be held from 10 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at University of South Carolina Upstate Health Education Complex Room 2001 & 2009.
The workshop is designed to provide financial aid information and assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  The event is free and open to the public. Financial aid experts and other volunteers will help parents and students with financial aid paperwork for any college or university and provide information about financial aid options and eligibility for grants and scholarships. Participants must bring 2008 income tax returns.
