Rules & Registration
Spending: Each person can spend a total of $30.66 on food and beverages during the Challenge Week. This budget translates to $4.28/day or $1.46 per meal.
Cost Tracking: Keep all receipts and track all your food and beverage spending. Any food or beverages purchased and eaten during the Challenge Week must be accounted for in your budget, including meals purchased using your meal plan or dining dollars. For the purposes of this Challenge, you must include in your budget any amount you spend dining out, including beverages.
Food consumption: During the challenge, you should consume food and drink that you purchase specifically for the challenge. If you eat or drink items that you already have in your pantry or refrigerator (excluding spices and condiments), you must account for the current market value of these items in your meal budget. You cannot accept free food or drink from friends, family, work, etc.
Share your images: Upload a photo of all the food you have purchased (including the receipt) for the week to the Facebook event page or email your photo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Chronicle your experience: At the end of the Challenge Week, post a reflection video to the Facebook event page, blog or email it to email@example.com.

Win a prize for participating: USC Upstate students, faculty and staff who sign up to participate, submit a beginning food photo, and who submit their reflections at the end of the challenge, will be entered to win a prize.
