Special Events and Facilities Scheduling

Special Events & Facilities Scheduling specializes in event planning and coordination for events held at USC Upstate. This office is responsible for scheduling all campus facilities for campus and non-University events, in coordination with the University's support services.

The office of Special Events & Facilities Scheduling gives back to the University in a number of ways, including:

  • Provision of funds to replace HPAC Theatre carpet, lighting and curtains, chairs for CLC Ballroom, and sound system for Roël Pavilion.
