Upstate Young Writer's Network: “So You Think You Can Write?"
On April 30, 2011, SWP will host our first ever Upstate Young Writers' Network featuring award winning author Deborah Wiles. In addition, there will be 6 other published writers and a local performance group.
8:30am - 2:00pm
Tukey Theater and CASB
Open to TEACHERS and STUDENTS grades kindergarten through college level.
Registration fees: $40 for teachers and $30 for students. Cost includes 3 writing workshop sessions, a t-shirt and lunch.

Agenda:
- 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. Registration
- 9:00 - 12:00 noon Break-out Sessions (Students and Teachers will divide into age-appropriate groups for three one-hour workshops)
- 12:00 -1:00 p.m. Lunch and "Imagine That" Performance, along with "Open Mic"
- 1:00-2:00pm Parents will pick up students for book browsing and signing
