Wellness Center
Welcome to the Wellness Center at the University of South Carolina Upstate, located within the new Health Education Complex.
This 60,000 square foot facility is home to the Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness, which offers activities such as intramural sports, outdoor recreation, group fitness, aquatics, and sport clubs.
