Cardio Tone will begin on Wednesday, August 25th, not Monday August 23rd as noted on the schedule
| Lunchtime Pilates | This express workout is done in 30 minutes. And is perfect for those of you new to Pilates! The Pilates principles will be incorporated throughout the class. (For beginners) |
| Mondays and Wednesdays | 12:15 p.m.-12:45 p.m. |
| Pilates | Join us for the ultimate mind/body workout. Pilates is a body conditioning system which focuses on improving flexibility and overall body strength without building bulk. (For all levels) |
| Mondays and Wednesdays | 5:10p.m. -6:00 p.m. |
| Cardio Tone | Increase your strength and endurance while improving your cardiovascular fitness in this total body workout. Using a clever assortment of fitness props and weights along with continuous, intense movements, you will redesign your body into one that is sleek and toned! (For all levels) |
| Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays | 6:10 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. (Mondays and Wednesdays) 5:10 p.m.-6:00 p.m. (Fridays) |
| Kick it Up a Notch | This class features kickboxing techniques that are choreographed in combinations with a primary focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance. (For all levels) |
| Wednesdays and Fridays | 4:10 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. |
| Zumba | Zumba is the new fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations. Bring your energy and dance your worries away. (For all levels) |
| Mondays and Thursdays | 7:10 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. |
| Bootcamp | Need a mid day break? This exciting circuit-style class will take your workout to the next level. You'll gain functional strength and cardiovascular fitness in this effective and fun workout. (For all levels) |
| Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays | 12:00 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. |
| Indoor Cycling | Join us as we ride through hills, flat roads and various terrains on an indoor bike. This class is a great way to get in a vigorous cardio workout. You'll burn calories and keep your muscles in shape. (For all levels) |
| Tuesdays and Thursdays | 5:10 p.m. -6:00 p.m. |
| Hydro Power | You’ll be both in the shallow and deep water, flotation belts will be provided. Learn to use the water to its maximum potential for a great work out, your cardio- respiratory endurance is increased and joints are moved through their full range of motion. (For all levels) |
| Tuesdays and Thursdays | 5:30 p.m.- 6:20 p.m. |
| Kickboxing | This fast paced class mixes kickboxing moves with high energy cardio. This kickboxing class will leave you feeling powerful and fit. (For all levels) |
| Tuesdays and Thursdays | 6:10 p.m - 7:00 p.m. |
| Yoga | Relieve your stress of the day in this class. Experience a form of exercise that uses slow movements to increase flexibility and balance for both your mind and body. (For all levels) |

Certifications and Workshops
The Wellness Center will host a number of certification classes and workshops. Registration is required for these programs and, unless otherwise noted, there will be fees charged. AFAA Certifications are open to faculty, staff and students for 30% off, and also community members (no discount). AFAA Kickboxing Skills & Choreography Saturday, September 18th 9-6pm $129
AFAA Kickboxing Certification Sunday, September 19th 9-6pm $239
AFAA Personal Training Certification Friday, October 29th 1:30pm- 9:00pm, Saturday, October 30th and Sunday October 31st 9:00am - 6:00pm
A three day certification workshop including lectures, practical demonstrations, a written and practical exam. The cost is $489.
