Kathleen Brady, Ph.D.

Kathleen Brady, Ph.D., is Vice Chancellor for External Relations and Partnerships and is also the Executive Director of the Metropolitan Studies Institute at USC Upstate. She is charged with facilitating relationships with University stakeholders in Spartanburg, Greenville, and throughout the Upstate of South Carolina.

Dr. Brady also oversees University strategic planning and community research produced through the Metropolitan Studies Institute. She has extensive experience in the public and non-profit sectors.
