Brittany Case graduated from USC Upstate in May 2019 with a bachelor’s degree and a 3.75 GPA in Communication Studies and Marketing. As a student, Case excelled on the softball field and in the classroom. She served as an intern for USC Upstate Chancellor Brendan Kelly and then earned an internship at the Spartanburg-based global family-dining chain Denny’s Corp. Prior to her graduation, Case, who is originally of Denham Springs, La., landed her first full-time job as a recruitment coordinator at Sunbelt Rentals Inc. in Greenville, S.C. The standout outfielder was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region third team for 2019 and earned all-conference honors in all of her four seasons as a Spartan. In 2018, she was named to the ASUN conference’s All-Academic Team.
