Mr. Weygandt holds a Bachelors degree in Music Education from Limestone College, a Master of Music Degree from Winthrop University in trombone performance, and has done post-graduate work at the North Carolina School of the Arts and Furman University. Upon completion of his schooling, Mr. Weygandt spent three years touring the US and recording as a professional musician, with acts such as Archie Bell, Jeffrey Osbourne, Percy Sledge, Delbert McClinton, Ray Charles, the Fabulous Kays, the Embers and Cream of Soul.
