students are able to study abroad while at USC Upstate

USC Upstate Faculty-Led Study Abroad

USC Upstate offers several faculty-led short-term international engagement programs around the world. These programs are carefully planned by our faculty in consultation with, and the support of, our partners abroad. Program duration varies from 10 days to 4 week long international engagement that may include some pre-and-post travel course work. Such programs may be interdisciplinary, discipline specific, or include service learning, offer academic credits, or of these combinations. Participants engage in cross-cultural and immersive activities. Program cost typically includes international airfare, ground transportation abroad, faculty and international office support, some meals, housing, and international emergency insurance. Students will need to plan for additional expenses of personal nature.
