EXPANDING YOUR GLOBAL MINDSET INTO YOUR GLOBAL FOOTPRINT: CAREER COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT IN COSTA RICA
Is there a better classroom than the natural beauty of Costa Rica? Very few places on earth allow you to be in a rainforest, on an active volcano, and on the beach all within a few hours. With this as your backdrop, join Prof. Hannah Terpack as you help build global experience into your professional resume! Students will enroll in UNIV U399: Are You Spartan Ready? for 1 credit hours during the spring semester as part of the program. Prof. Terpack is the Director of the Office of Career Management at USC Upstate and is an expert on career preparedness. Students will gain global competency and the skills needed to use that competency to assist your career development.
Highlights: Chocolate and coffee plantation tours, La Fortuna waterfall, Arenal volcano, Santa Elena cloud forest, Manuel Antonio. Program details are subject to change.
The virtual information session is Sept. 28th at 4:00pm. Parents and loved ones are welcome to attend.

Program Fee: $2,200 + Airfare (estimated $700-1,100)
Fee includes: Housing, in-country transportation, airfare, most meals, health & travel insurance, planned events/tours, a bilingual tour guide.
Fee does not include: trip delay/cancellation insurance, optional excurisions.
Deposit: $250 - October 15, 2022
First Payment: $1650 - November 1, 2022
Final Payment: $1,000-1,400 (Determined by airefare cost) - January 15, 2023
