Art Galleries & Installations

USC Upstate is home to a number of art galleries, showcasing works from a broad spectrum of artists.

The USC Upstate Art Gallery is just getting started! You can support our exhibitions and programs by making a donation. We use these funds to maintain our space at the Chapman Cultural Center, and to compensate visiting artists and gallery personnel. Even small amounts make a difference. Thank you for supporting the arts at USC Upstate.

  • Located at the Chapman Cultural Center, the USC Upstate Art Gallery connects the academic and creative missions of USC Upstate to the broader community in Spartanburg through the presentation, interpretation, and discussion of contemporary art. This gallery will exhibit the work of diverse artists working in the Upstate region, the broader Southeast, and beyond; engage the community in programming that highlights the artistic innovations and cultural contributions of these artists; and provide transformative learning opportunities for Upstate students.
