USC Upstate Greenville Campus provides public education that is accessible, affordable and located in the University Center Greenville.
Students who began their education at a state technical college or another university can transfer to the USC Upstate Greenville Campus for their junior and senior years to complete a bachelor’s degree. Master’s degrees are also available online.
Degree programs in Greenville include traditional lecture classes, evening courses, online options or hybrid formats. As a public university, USC Upstate works closely with state technical colleges to create transfer pathways to USC Upstate degrees. Prospective students are welcome to meet with USC Upstate advisers as early as possible to plan their transition to USC Upstate Greenville Campus.

Programs and Offices
Visitors to the University Center Greenville will discover multiple USC Upstate offices. Below are the four separate program offices:
- College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences
- George Dean Johnson, Jr.College of Business and Economics
- Mary Black School of Nursing
The first stop for new students is the Administration and Student Support Services Office (Suite B1) to ask questions and connect with enrollment services. Students are then referred to advisers for their program of interest to have previous transcripts evaluated or to be sure the courses they plan to take at a technical college are on target for a USC Upstate program.
USC Upstate Greenville Campus offers the same quality of academic instruction that distinguishes the main USC Upstate campus in Spartanburg. A full range of student services are adapted to meet the needs of busy adults and non-traditional students in the Greenville setting.
