    Fitness assessments are a great way to determine where you are starting from in order to accurately track your progress. By completing a Fitness Assessment, you will be able to determine how effective your exercise program is.

    Participants will get ...

    • Free Fitness Goal Orientation with a Certified Personal Trainer
    • 2x per week small group personal training sessions before or after work (7:00am and 5:15pm sessions)
    • Access to group chat for support, and to ask your trainer questions.
    • Workouts to stay fit on days that you don't meet with your trainer
    • At-home training advice
    • Fitness testing at the beginning and end of the 8 weeks to track your progress
    • Nutrition advice

    Starts January 16, Ends the week prior to Spring Break, March 10.
    Participants can purchase all 8 weeks ($80), or 4 weeks at a time ($40).

    Early bird registration ends December 31 so sign up today! The price will increase to $60/ 4 weeks or $120 for 8 weeks starting January 1st.
