Homecoming 2019 at USC Upstate

Time to plan a road trip, Spartans. All Roads Lead to the Dome! We hope to see you on campus all week for the Homecoming celebration and festivities. Join us for all the activities and watch our Women’s basketball team take on the Radford Highlanders followed by the Men’s basketball team lace up against Charleston Southern University at the Hodge. Can't make it? Be sure to follow the game on Twitter by following @UpstateMB and @UpstateWB. Follow the live stats online or watch the men's game on ESPN+. A Step Forward Sneaker Drive

A Step Forward Sneaker Drive at USC Upstate

What’s it all about? A Step Forward Sneaker Drive encourages participants to donate gently worn men’s, women’s, and children’s shoes at each of our Homecoming Events. Shoe gifts are also welcomed anytime leading up to Homecoming Week by dropping off at Miracle Hill Ministries, 189 N. Forest St., Spartanburg, S.C. 29301.

In the effort to grow the excitement beyond the Dome, USC Upstate is looking to make an impact within the Upstate Community. Thanks to the fantastic foundational work of former student Chris Brown, and the collaborative efforts of the Office for Volunteer Service Learning, USC Upstate is charged to meet a need of those who are without shoes in the Upstate. All donations made during the drive will benefit Miracle Hill Ministries, a nonprofit that provides extensive services to individuals and families in the form of food, shelter, clothing, counseling, personal development, addiction recovery support, and residential and foster care for children.

For more information, please contact the Office of Student Life at 864-503-5122 or the Office of Alumni Relations at 864-503-5093.
