Please note, the maximum camper age is now 10 years old (the camper cannot turn 10 prior to August 1, 2019). Only previous campers aged 10 and 11 will be allowed to attend. See details on the Sparty's Kids Camp page.
Upon pickup, all parents, guardians and alternative pickups will be required to show a government-issued form of ID before being allowed to take the camper off the camp site.
The names listed below must be an exact match to the parent/guardian's government-issued identification.
EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION
Please list two names (that are different from the parents/guardians), in case of an emergency where a parent or guardian cannot be reached, the camp is permitted to contact on the parent or guardian's behalf.
ALTERNATIVE PICKUP LIST
The alternative pickup list provides parents and/or guardians with an opportunity to list individuals, other than themselves, that may pick up the camper at the end of a day of camp. Emergency contacts are not automatically awarded these privileges. Upon pickup, all parents, guardians and alternative pickups will be required to show a government-issued identification before being allowed to take the camper off the camp site. If you require more than three (3) alternative pickups to be listed, email the Assistant Director of Fitness and Summer Camps at firstname.lastname@example.org.

- $20 deposit due May 24,2019
- $80 balance due two Fridays prior to the camp start date
