Network Printing for Students

Students have the ability to print to any USC Upstate printer that is on the network. This enables you to print high quality documents no matter where you are on campus. Students also have the ability to print color pages on select printers, as well as copy and scan to email from multifunction printers (MFP's).

    • Print from anywhere on campus
    • In additon, multifunction printers allow you to copy documents or scan them to email

  • All currently enrolled students.

    • Students receive $25 in printing credits at the start of each semester Additional money can be added through your CarolinaCard
    • Printing costs are as follows:
      • B&W single-side: $0.05 per page
      • Color single-side: $0.20 per page
      • B&W duplex: $0.03 per side
      • Color duplex: $0.125 per side
    • A computer in a lab/classroom, or your own device connected to the Upstate wifi or using Spartan GreenSky
    • A valid login ID
    • Printing credits
    1. Login to a device that is connected to the Upstate network or log in to Spartan GreenSky
    2. When ready to print, choose "Student-Held-Black-White-Print" for black and white or "ST-DN-Color-Held-Q" for color printing
    3. Accept the printing costs
    4. Walk to any multifucntion printer on campus, login or swipe your student ID, and release the print
