Digital Signage Content

Content that is permitted on digital signs:

  • Announcements related to student or faculty/staff achievements, awards or accomplishments
  • Event information for upcoming activities sponsored or coordinated by USC Upstate
  • Event information for upcoming activities sponsored by recognized alumni and student organizations
  • Event information for activities to be held in or at USC Upstate but hosted or sponsored by unaffiliated approved organizations
  • Changes in timing or location of regularly scheduled activities or special events
  • Results of academic competitions (listing of winners)
  • Upcoming deadline information for nominations, scholarship applications, event reservations, etc.
  • Information on new programs, courses or services available to students or faculty
  • Welcoming statements for special guests or groups visiting the USC Upstate
  • Emergency notifications from University Communications or University Police
  • School, departmental or building directories

Content that is not permitted on digital signs:

  • Classified ads
  • Personal messages from one person to another
  • Picture slide shows of events
  • Political statements relating to campus, local, statewide or national elections

All content for digital signs must be approved by Content Managers.
