How to initially set up your voice mailbox:
Dial "5665" from your extension number. When you hear the voice prompt, follow the instructions. Your temporary password is your extension number twice. For example, "51455145". You need to think of a password before you dial into the system. It must be 6 to 12 digits. It cannot be 111111 or 123456.
Entering the system:
From on campus - Call ext. 5665. Enter your password at the voice prompt.
From off campus - Call 503-5665. Indicate you are a subscriber by pressing the pound (#) key. After you hear the voice prompt enter your mailbox number. (Note your mailbox number is the same as your extension number).
Reviewing messages:Press "1" at the main menu prompt. While listening to your message you may dial "33" and forward that message to its end and listen to your next message.
Dial "5665" and enter your password and you hear a voice prompt ("You have no new messages in your mailbox"); then press "2". Then follow the voice prompts on recording and sending your message.
Dial "5665" and enter your password and you will hear a voice prompt ("You have no new messages in your mailbox"); press "4" and then "2" for administrative options. Then press "1" and follow voice prompts.
Dial "5665" and enter your password and you hear a voice prompt ("You have no new messages in your mailbox"); then press "4" and then press "3" for the greeting menu and follow the voice prompts.
