Upon move-in, you will receive a copy of the Campus Living Guide. The guide is written for you. It is our intention to give you all the tools you need to have a successful and rewarding year at USC Upstate. This guide is required reading for all residential students. It is the actual extension of the housing application and contains your contractual obligations for the year.

A binding contractual lease relationship exists between the University and those students living in residence halls for the entire academic year. As the institution is committed to the quality of life in the community and within the institution, it is a privilege to live in the residence halls. The University is also committed to fostering responsible, adult behavior within a community setting. The following regulations are part of the contract and are designed to enhance residence hall life for all students.

These policies are subject to change at any time to comply with new local, state and federal laws or to changes in the USC Upstate policy or code of conduct.
