Re-Application
One of the benefits of living on campus at USC Upstate is that returning residents are given the opportunity to continue living on campus and live in the Palmetto Villas.
The Palmetto Villas is “apartment style” housing with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchenette. Students who live in the Villas also have the benefit of selecting a reduced meal plan.
The 2021-2022 housing application will be available on February 15, 2021. Residents applying for the Returning Residents will need to apply online through Self Service Carolina.
As an added incentive, if a returning resident completes a housing application before March 12, 2021, the $100 advance room payment is waived and the returning resident will only be responsible for the $50 application fee.
After March 12th, returning students applying for housing will have to pay $150.
For the 2021-2022 academic year, current Villa residents will not be able to “save their space”. All Housing assignments will be assigned based on the payment date of the $50 or $150, application fee and submission of the housing application. Space will be limited so please apply early.
