Where is Account Services?

We are located in the Health Education Complex (HEC) on campus (campus map). We look forward to having you visit us.

What are the hours for Student Account Services?

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.

How do I make tuition payment

You can make your tuition payment in a variety of ways, including:

  • Option One – Online through Self Service Carolina (SSC) by e-check.
  • Option Two – Online through SSC by credit card. The University system, which includes USC Upstate, accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, DinaCard or BC Card. 
  • Option Three – In person at the cashier's windows, by check, money order or cashier’s check. For the security of our students, we are going cashless.

We cannot accept credit card payments over the phone or in Student Account Services.  Credit card payments may be made online through SSC only and there is a 2.5% convenience fee charged separately to your credit card.

What is an E-Check?

It is an electronic check. Use this option to input your checking information directly into SSC. This eliminates having to stand in line at the cashier’s windows or risk having your check lost in the mail thus missing the cancellation deadline. There is no charge for using an e-check.  It is the fastest and safest way to pay tuition.

Can I set up a payment plan?
