Sample Common Assessment

This SAMPLE Common Assessment covers all of the competencies and all of the SLOs. The version you use for your course should contain only those SLOs you choose as focal for your course (1 for Service Engagment; 2 for Service Learning).

Here's an example:

Applying Service to Life

Now that you have (nearly) completed your service, it is time to reflect on how your service may affect your life beyond this course. Each service course seeks to prepare you for a future career. Here we ask you to think about what you have done to build career competency and what steps you can take to continue to build your skills.

To keep things clear, please use this document as a template, insert your responses as separate paragraphs below each prompt.
