Student Employment

Valuable Work Experience

On-campus employment provides valuable work experience and career-enhancing opportunities for a competitive job market after graduation. Many benefits exist for students who can balance the demands of work and school. Students who successfully manage classroom and employment commitments are much more likely to impress future employers. Working on campus or in the community also connects students with resources which may help them with challenges in and out of the classroom. Learn more about on-campus student employment.

The Financial Aid office supports students regarding educational financial assistance. Federal work-study is awarded by the Financial Aid office. Students who have been awarded work-study must find a job on campus to earn the designated award. Career Services assists student and faculty with internships and post-graduation employment.
