  • During the semester:

    Walk-in support

    • Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Phone and email support

    • Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Outside of these times you can still email the Help Desk and we will respond as soon as possible.

    During the summer and other breaks:

    Walk-in support

    • Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    LOCATIONS

    • On the Spartanburg campus, the Help Desk can be found on the first floor of the John C. Stockwell Administration Building, Suite 109
    • On the Greenville Campus, the ITS Help Desk technician can be found in the Library Room 141G Monday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (subject to change, so it's best to call ahead) - 864-552-4269 (Greenville Campus).
