Deposit

A deposit is required for all functions in the Performing Arts Center. Advance deposits are refundable up to 10 working days prior to an event. After this time period, all deposits are non-refundable unless the event is rescheduled within a three-month period. Rescheduling is based on facility availability. Deposits will be applied toward the total event cost only if contractual agreement in this and other documents is met.

Rental Fees

Rental of the Performing Arts Center is $1,000 for an eight-hour day. Special rates apply to non-profit organizations (see below). Rentals that exceed an eight-hour period will be billed at the rate of $200 for each additional hour. Rental periods begin with load-in and end with load-out. Rental is determined by the total amount of time the facility is used, not the amount of time the facility is occupied. Additional time may be billed as deemed necessary by the theatre manager.

Additional rental is as follows: $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum during the day or three-hour minimum at night ($450 evening minimum).

Non-Profit Rental Rates

Rental of the Performing Arts Center for non-profit organizations is $750 for an eight-hour day. This rate does not apply to activities in October, November, March and April. During these peak months, regular rental rates will apply (see above). Rentals that exceed an eight-hour period will be billed at the rate of $150 for each additional hour. Rental periods begin with load-in and end with load-out. Rental is determined by the total amount of time the facility is used, not the amount of time the facility is occupied. Additional time may be billed as deemed necessary by the theatre manager.
