Orinda Berger is a women’s health nurse practitioner. She completed her Master of Science at the University of Cincinnati of Ohio in 2008. She is board certified with the National Certification Corporation. She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1999.
Orinda’s work experience includes staffing at Anderson Area Medical Center on a medical- surgical unit for just over a year. She then worked at Greenville County Health Department for three years in family support services and provided care to women who had high-risk complications in their pregnancies. For the next three years, she worked in an outpatient dialysis center in Simpsonville, SC and was also working for Greer Memorial Hospital in the Gastroenterology Lab and preoperative assessment. She continued her part-time role at Greer Memorial after she joined Health Services in a part-time capacity in 2008.
In August of 2013, Orinda assumed the full-time role of Nurse Manager in Health Services.
