Administrative Assistant to the Vice Chancellor
Client Services exists to assist faculty, staff and students to effectively incorporate technology into their endeavors. This department is responsible for campus-wide computer support, technology and the ITS Client Support Desk (located in Administration 109). The Director of Client Services is Kevin Hodges.
Network Services deals with the network backbone, the wired and wireless access environment, and the Active Directory structure and server farm for the campus. They manage USC Upstate's telephone and digital network services, hardware and equipment repairs, student telephone service and voice mail. The Director of Network Support and Telecommunications is Chris Hanke.
Information Systems is responsible for USC Upstate's administrative databases used by offices and departments across the college. Information Systems supports the gathering, processing and interpreting of information relative to the administrative tasks that support the academic mission of USC Upstate.
Media Services provides instructional technology resources for academic support through management of all smart and technology-enhanced classrooms, lecture capture, and video conferencing. Media Services also provide event support for all departments at USC Upstate.

Learning Technologies serves to advance excellence in teaching and learning by creating and sustaining innovative and interactive programs in support of faculty development in learning technologies. The Director of Learning Technologies is Cindy Jennings.
